We are trying to maintain funds that our MIL has no access to. Our partner has to give everything over, which is MORE than covering bills, but due to mental health issues on her end, we are doing what we can to make sharing this home easier. We are 50/50 split vis a vis mortgage/land-lease (she covers mortgage, we cover land lease and all other bills - phone, car insurance, streaming services, utilities - and she still continues to panic and cause us extreme stress.)
